You may cancel or reschedule your wardrobe consultation appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds for unused service packages may be available if requested within 7 days of purchase and before any consultation sessions have been completed. Partial refunds may apply for partially completed service packages.
Rescheduling Services
